The Site provides AI-based image dressing services, allowing users to upload photos of people and clothing items, and automatically generate images with clothing applied. The Site also offers subscription, points system, history saving, and image downloading features.

2. User Registration and Login

  • You can log in using Google OAuth.
  • Logged-in users enjoy a more complete experience, including saved history, points management, and private generation.
  • Please keep your account information safe and contact support if you notice any unauthorized access.

3. Content Upload and Usage Restrictions

The content you upload (including photos of people, clothing images, prompts, etc.) must comply with the following:

  • No content violating laws or regulations.
  • No infringement on others’ portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights.
  • No pornographic, violent, bloody, politically sensitive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • No images containing identifiable minors’ faces without guardian authorization.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these rules.

4. Points and Subscription

  • Certain features may require points consumption (e.g., high-quality dressing, HD downloads).
  • Points can be obtained by recharge, completing tasks, or participating in events.
  • Subscribers enjoy discounts on points, priority queues, watermark removal, and other benefits.
  • Points once used or expired are non-refundable.

5. Usage Rights of AI-Generated Content

The usage rules depend on your login status:

5.1 Logged-in Users

  • You have personal use rights to generated images for non-commercial display or social sharing.
  • We will not publicly display or use your generated content for training without your explicit permission.

5.2 Guest Users (Not Logged In)

  • Generated content is subject to the CC BY 4.0 license by default and may be used or shared publicly with attribution.

Please log in if you wish your content to remain private.

6. Disclaimer

  • AI-generated images are automatically synthesized for entertainment, display, or non-commercial use only.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or usability of generated content.
  • Users bear all responsibility for any disputes arising from uploaded illegal content.
  • We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or failures caused by force majeure or technical issues.

7. Service Changes and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or suspend parts of the service and will announce changes in advance.
  • Accounts inactive for long periods or violating rules may be suspended or terminated.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the local People's Court where the Site is located.
